The room are not in good conditions, mold. The shower 🚿 head water pressure was awful. The toilet didn't flush good. I found a bed bug, which I took it in a napkin to the reception area and asked to be moved. The pool and the area is beautiful. But the hotel need maintenance. I even took a picture of the bed bug..

Was very disappointed with the room I got. Bathroom smelled bad and had a leaking toilet. In need of better towels. On the way to the room the smell coming out of the restaurant was not pleasant. After complaining they gave us a much better room. Breakfast was limited and served for you from the back. I must say that people were nice and the backyard and ocean view and water was very very nice. A good upgrade of the facilities would be a wonderful investment.

We stayed one night and it was excellent. The staff very friendly, no issues checking in the room was very clean. Our room had an ocean view and it was breathtaking and on top of it it includes breakfast!!
