My room was an ocean view rental with the loudest music until very late at night. I could hear all the conversations and laughs from everyone outside. I asked to please be moved once a vacancy appears. I was denied and made fun off by being given ear plugs and smart remarks from the man in the front desk. They tell you not too touch things in your room or they will charge you. They walk you to your room upon arrival to make sure they te you not to touch anything. The manager at the brujilia restaurant downstairs is unprofessional and clueless. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. The food takes forever to come out and it comes out one by one of it’s a large party. When you receive the bill it’s inconsistent. The drinks are pure ice and lemon juice if you ask for a mojito. I can go on and on but this place is a disaster.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Room Conditions and Zero Customer Service I stayed at Parguera Plaza Hotel this past weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drainage that made the stay very uncomfortable. We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times, hoping for at least a basic attempt to address the problem. Unfortunately, the only response we received was that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. Not only did they refuse to move us, but they didn’t offer any alternative solutions, and worse, they never followed up to ask how we were doing or if the issue had improved. The complete lack of customer service and care for guest comfort was extremely frustrating. For the price paid and the reputation of the property, this level of negligence is unacceptable. We expected much better and will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Loved it! The pool area is fun with a bar and the resort style beds. They had a DJ for a couple of hours. The staff is super nice. Rooms are cozy and clean. The spa wasn’t open yet, would love to come back and try it.
