"Filthy hotel, terrible food, poor service, we had no running water 2 days and no AC. We got violently ill from either food or unsanitary conditions. Rooms were gross, stains on towels, mildew/mold smell. Mold in shower. The pools were cloudy, smelled like urine and had a layer of scum on top. Staff were not accommodating or helpful. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Pictures and descriptions are false advertising. "
