Compare All-Inclusive Resorts in Juan Dolio in 2026

"Well where should I start.. welcoming was good until we got to the room! What a disappointment.. not what it shows ! Motel 6 is more like it ! Refrigerator was broken then went to call them and phone didn’t work. No tv remote .. AC was great .. but ceiling leaked over the toilet when it was on .. Not all pools are accessible.. Building 4 has an adult pool for them only .. all pools close at 5 . We stayed in building 8.. I think it’s for the discounted rooms from other websites.. this building looked different from the others.. The night time beach bar staff was excellent! They are open 24 hours.. The food was ok.. Not bad not good.. Alcohol below budget.. coffee house not everything is free.. Shower head broke on 4th day. I wouldn’t recommend but if you do Elite club ! And also don’t take the welcome gift .. it’s like a time share slot you have to do and is a waist of time !!90 min to 2 hours.The Bach was nice swim able.. but vendors bother you.. and also there are cats in the buffet while you eat .. and dogs on the beach .. "

"The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are extremely outdated and should be renovated. There are no activities during the day. The meals were not up to par. In the hotel amenities they say they have a coffee shop. Well it’s a lie. They have a coffee stand. There’s a difference. "

"Not good for kids only adults. Usually don’t leave reviews but I need to for those with kids. Not a very kid friendly hotel. Even thought they mention all these restaurants they only actually only have 1 buffet opened the same every day and only opens at 12.30-2:30 so if you have kids that need to eat earlier, or snack in afternoon it’s frustrating. Long lines waiting for the buffet to open and long lines for hot fresh food during the small window. Everyone is on top of you grabbing food. Limited foods available. There is a 24 hour snack bar at the beach but just burgers/ hot dogs/ pizza/ fries that sit there in the sun all day. Again if you have small children, nothing for them to eat there, no fruit no nothing until buffet opens. They also have no kids pool like advertised. 2 are 4 foot+ and 1 small jacuzzi that is not on. (This is not a kids pool but advertised as a kids pool) Hotel is poorly maintained and very run down. Rooms are good. Sewer smell often all over. Staff is not really friendly. Don’t bother, go to a kids hotel if you have small children. Beach is perfect and the only reason this resort is running. Entertainment is good too but very late shows for the kids who need to go to bed early."
