In general, the resort is not bad, corresponds to its price. There were no evening shows (there were practically none), children's activities, in the evening restaurants, there was primitive food from the buffet. But, if we say that this vacation cost us half the price than the previous ones, then the general opinion is good.

The room was clean and was as requested. King bed and ocean view. The beach was nice. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The food wasn't bad but was usually cold or luke warm at best. The music and comentator on the beach was way too loud at times. When you're relaxing on the beach that's the last thing you need or want, at least for us. We reported the automatic door lock next door be looked at because it would beep loudly all night long but it was still beeping when we left. If you are looking for warm weather and a beach with lots if action, this is the place for you.

The property that the resort was in was very well kept but as soon as you left the property it was not very clean , I know it was a third world country in a lot of respects but they could clean up a lot more around the resort

I recently stayed in room P504 from 11/13/25 to 11/16/25 and encountered several issues. The room had noticeable patchwork and signs of mold. On my first night, I discovered water pooling on the floor from a leak under the AC unit. I had to place a garbage can under it to catch the drips, which resulted in a constant, irritating noise. Additionally, the leak spread into the closet through the ceiling , soaking my clothes. The following morning, I reported these issues to the front desk but nothing was done to compensate me. They offered to wash my clothes, but this never happened. I requested to speak with a manager, and the front desk attendant, who I believe was named Anne, assured me that someone would follow up, but no one did. I was on vacation with my son, who turned 15, and at the very least, some form of compensation and an apology from the management would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, nothing was done, which was very disappointing.

I have a lot of comments about this hotel. I hope the management will use my experience to learn from this and improve. First of all , I really appreciate all the hard work the employees did throughout the stay. Cleaning services. Dining. Front desk. Everyone was very nice and kind and I thank all of them. I appreciate them trying their best to help and answer questions or address issues. The beach was also beautiful and well maintained. This was the best part. Here are some things I felt could be improved: 1. Rooms towels. I asked for more and each day I stayed, it was not replaced. They only put the original number. Some sheets and pillow cases were still dirty in bed. 2. Fridge was not cold. I alerted front desk on day 1. Someone came to look the first day and they said it’s an eco fridge that’s why not cold. I was offered to switch rooms but i said too much hassle. Eventually they did switch to a working fridge after 2 days. 3. Activities on beach. I wish they put a new /correct board with updated schedule. That would be helpful to plan my day around activities that I want to try. 4. Towel hut was always running out of clean towels and had to wait very long sometimes for new ones. 5. Pools were very dirty/sandy. Very heavy chlorine. I couldn’t go in because of this. 6. Spa- has no official menu and services as seen in online menu not offered. And prices were not adjusted accordingly when I was unable to book a service for my birthday because of this. I also

The food was terrible The liquor was very bad no top shelf To make an reservation you had to get up the day of between 730 & 9 to make a single reservation.
