From the service to the room and the FOOD, everything was amazing here. It felt like a dream. Rafael our Butler was attentive and responded immediately to any concerns. Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort with excellent service and a relaxing environment. The rooms, drinks, beach area, and overall atmosphere are truly amazing. Everything here is very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful. The only thing that felt just okay was the food, especially the Italian restaurant, which didn’t taste very authentic. But overall, we still had a great experience and would definitely love to visit again.
