I can’t appreciate a resort/hotel that doesn’t respond to their clients, I think clients are number one and that’s what makes a business, I don’t recommend this place in all honestly. I booked somewhere else due to their lack of communication and dedication to the client.

Llegué el domingo, día de mi cumpleaños, y no tuvieron ningún detalle especial. Ese mismo día me robaron $60 de la caja fuerte dentro de la habitación. Reporté el hecho y revisaron cámaras, pero luego dijeron que “no encontraron nada” y no podían acusar al empleado. No ofrecieron disculpa ni compensación. Nos sentimos inseguros e indignados. Al final no resolvieron nada muy mala gestión y cero responsabilidad del hotel.
