Property is is great. I went with family and siblings and wanted to be on “their side”. I immediately am told I’m being upgraded for free to the adult side. After explaining I don’t want that, I get told that the original king room on booked in the family side is now no longer available because they already changed my room to the upgrade. The only available room was 2 double beds. So I had to take the room on the non family side. This took 2 hours. When my family arrived as I was finally shown my room we hurried to inform my parents and my siblings what was going to happen. Luckily I had to deal with the drama and not them. Except my brother was told the complete opposite. There was no 2 double bed rooms available. They could wait a night and switch rooms from the king to the 2 double beds the next day which they did. The room had no ac and no hot water and they did nothing to rectify it. It was hot outside, hot inside and miserable with no AC in your room.

The main pool had several damages and tiles keep breaking off, thus causing my foot to be cut. Majestic Colonial is next door and you can use their pool you just won't be served any drinks.

The resort continually cleared there beach of seaweed. Plenty of shade and palapas, very soft sand. The pools were top notch with availability of Bali beds and some palapas

Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were truly outstanding. I enjoyed the variety of food options available throughout the resort. The only downside is that the resort is quite large, so getting around to different amenities and activities took some time. That said, it’s a small trade-off for everything else the hotel offers. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and fun stay!

It was a fantastic vacation! The food, the entertainment, the pools and even the beach was incredible even with the seaweed. The workers do a fabulous job keeping it clean. The resort is very large and well maintained. I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere in the evenings — music was playing everywhere, which created a lively and fun vibe. However, I had higher expectations for the food. The buffet didn’t offer many choices, and although they changed the theme each night, the food felt the same to us — not much variety in taste or presentation. The service could definitely be improved. I often had to ask multiple times just to get a coffee refill or a drink, and a few times I ended up getting it myself. It felt like there were 15 waiters, but none of them were paying attention — they were too busy chatting with each other, which doesn’t reflect well on the restaurant. That said, it was still a good overall experience. Nothing is ever perfect, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Food was great, specially the Asadito Restaurant. We went there three nights that’s how good it was. Also the waiter that took care of my family was great, his name is Fernando. At the beach we were take care by Erick, he is super friendly and professional. This Resort is very lucky to have these two gentleman working there. Bed, internet was good. For transportation we use Gomajestic, it was great 👍👍

The food was excellent, the restaurant personnel very nice, the entertainment department need more training and better communication for some moments look boring. Front desk staff are not polite, we requested a late check out because my wife don’t feel well at the checkout moment, they refused, but a North American lady requested a late checkout and they approved immediately. I think it is a issue with the Latin people.
