Property has a few upgrades to there restaurants from my previous stay last year. Grounds were clean as always. Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. Food variety is great with many on the spot chefs to take an order. Rooms tho are showing age and swim up cabanas. Bring your own luffa as they no longer offer. I will be back next year.

The property is well maintained and in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and warm. De Leon, our butler was magnificent, even going above and beyond helping me find my lost phone that was left behind on our transportation from the airport and was always keeping us informed of our reservations and activities at the resort. I would highly recommend to ask for De Leon specifically if you plan on staying at this property, although I'm sure all the other butlers are equally capable. Jimy at the adults pool bar was always happy and friendly, he also provided great service. My only gripe would be that the animation staff would get a bit too friendly with my girl, once at the pool foam party I had to ask one of the kids to keep his hands off, as they were dancing and he was clearly crossing a boundary, placing his hands in her backside. He immediately apologized saying that he thought that she was single and didn't mean to upset me. Regardless, even if she was single, staff shouldn't try to take advantage of a drunken girl who is a guest. Another staff member, a bartender at the adults pool, gave my girlfriend his phone number on a napkin and invited her to call him whenever she comes back to the DR by herself. Several other staff would stop by as she was suntanning by the pool to talk her up, it really got annoying, But as long as she wasn't offended I didn't want to make a big fuss about it, Someone else might have taken it differently, so thread carefully.

Nice resort! My Husband and I went for our Anniversary and they decorated our room for us without us even knowing :) Food was good and pools were clean. Service was good too! Beach had lots of sea weed but it’s the season for that. Overall satisfied!

Nice resort, but with some issues

An amazing resort with lots to experience. They had good shows, nice drinks from thr various bars. The two issues I had were: 1. The bellboys were always expecting a tip for anything they did. 2. The outrageous stress of getting a taxi to pick you up from the hotel.
