Check in process is super slow. They weren’t staffed with enough members to handle a large group check in. Lost 3.5 hours and then get to the pool just to be told that we had to get out in 5 minutes because all the pools close at 6. Way too early. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of time we lost. The rules for long pants at certain restaurants makes no sense. Staff friendly, shows good, great selection of alcohol, food ok

I was at that hotel 5 years ago and the change was noticeable. We had Amaury as a butler and he was the best thing that happened to us on that trip. The hotel has decreased in everything right now, in cleanliness, in attention, the towels look dirty, smell of humidity, in the rooms, we had to be aware if they gave us towels because they forgot, When we arrived, the shampoo they left us was half used, they didn't let us have an iron, it's a crime that they let this hotel down. I recommended it and we went with other friends who were there for the first time. The best specialty restaurant we ate was the Japanese , the stake had terrible service and the meat was tough. My friend found cockroaches next to the bread and let you know. We also saw them rinsing glasses to give out juices because there were none available and they didn't want to give out straws because they were banned.
