In the middle of the night, my family was woken up from being bitten by bed bugs all over the beds. We all had to evacuate the room immediately at approximately 3am. However, management did work with us.

I wish it had an elevator. It is hard for older, or infirmed folks to be on the second floor Next time,I will ask to be on the first floor.

We reserved the executive room with two beds and a sofa/sleeper for three adults. We recived a call from the hotel 2 hours before we were to arrive and were told that our room had been given to someone else. We were told the best they could do was a single king room and a rollaway bed. Well the roll away bed was nasty and had no support at all. As for our substandard room the tub and sink had not been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the tub and only a half tool of toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet would not stop running all night. The three of us had to share the king bed or sleep on the floor. The lady that checked us in was very nice and very apologetic about the room mix up. We were never offered two rooms which would have made this situation much more tolerable. We had also requested an ADA room for the two elderly handicap parents that were with me. This was also an issue in the room they gave us to replace our executive room. Needless to say we were not happy with someone else being able to complain and were given our room just to shut them up. Very disappointed with the way this was resloved. Two rooms for the price of the executive room would have solved this problem. Along with the rooms being clean.

Not a hotel...motel. Everything needs updating.

Room was not ready at 4pm. Executive double room had 2 A/C units that took 6 hours to cool the area. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. No blankets or pillows for sofa. Bathroom door couldn't shut. Breakfast was miserable with nothing but stale carbs, lukewarm milk and bruised fruit.

Awful

We couldn’t even stay the night here. It was disgusting. The pictures do not show what is truly happening here. It’s an old motel. The cleaning staff was “cleaning” at night and the cart they push was even gross. This is not what it appears. I left and found a different hotel.
