Excellent room with visiting area. Close to Six Flags as well as Rangers and Cowboy stadiums. A few maintenance issues hold toilet handle down to flus and closet door off hinge.

The only issue I had is that me and my family were not on the same floor. I would have preferred that. The only issue my family had is the bathroom door (room 316) did not lock. Other than that, no regrets.

When my husband and went check in around 7 pm we were told our room had been given to a large group school group and they had nothing else available. They gave us an address of another place to go to but we couldn’t find it. We are older and not familiar with the area so we just drove 4 more hours to finally get home at midnight. The rest of our family was able to stay but not us. Will never waste out time with Hyatt again.

The property was beautiful and very close to our desired area. However, when we arrived at 930pm, we were rold there was not a room for us due to a housekeeping issue and sent us a couple of miles away to a different hotel. While this isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, a phone call or email would have been much appreciated as i was traveling with my kids and it had been a very long day!
