There was plenty of parking on the main site. No buffet or happy anymore though. A piece of metal on the bed rail stuck out and scraped my grandaughters foot. Also WiFi kept turning off and glitching on the second night. The person at the front was supposed to come check but she never did. Just disappointed overall.

Liked the friendly staff. Disliked - no bar open No fresh breakfast Pool water was green Room- broken doors No hot water in bathroom sink No hot water in Bathtub. Right after we got in our room i laid my head on the sofa and found a pubic hair on my cheek from the couch. No welcome tray like most Embassy Suites

I am so sorry you found your room unsatisfactory. I can assure you that is not the standard in our hotel. We work hard to make sure our housekeepers keep each and every guest room and bathroom clean; my apologies. I hope you consider staying with us again. Our tile is green and our pool is cleaned daily before it opens to guest. The only guest that get a snack tray are guest whom book the premium suites. We strive to provide gracious, engaging and caring service and we’d love to have you as our guest to ensure you have the best travel experience ever.

Dear Anonymous, We have reduced the frequency of room cleaning to reduce the contact between our guests and our staff. We are happy to provide extra amenity items, linen or pick up your trash. It's as a precautionary measure to assist us in protecting you and our staff.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. I called the hotel prior to arrival because my confirmation said it was a "wheelchair accessible" room and asked to have that changed and also asked to have adjoining rooms but they said it all had to be done at check-in. When i got there, they said I should have called first. The room had a wad of gum stuck to the floor.

Good Afternoon Mrs. Christy, Let me start by saying that your review really is quite disturbing with your review of our hotel. You booked 2 accessible rooms and the email confirmation that you received from the 3rd party showed you booked that type of room. Upon arrival you received a email from me stating the type of room you booked along with parking fee, incidental amounts, and any other fees that may be associated with your stay. When you checked in with my supervisor who gives amazing service, she checked you into one room and told you the other room was on a different floor and wasn't quite ready due to your family was here earlier than 4pm which is our normal check-in time. Your daughter whom I found very pleasant came back down to see if her room was ready and ended up getting me. Due to your daughters politeness, I mentioned to your daughter and yourself, you ended up walking up behind her that the best thing I could do was put you on the same floor. We did give you a King room and did not charge you the difference in price so to say we were rude when you could have been on different floors I believe was quite unnecessary. There is nothing mentioned in our books about gum being on the and we write down everything from bring you towels to a single container of lotion. We strive to bring you outstanding service and I believe that we did just that.

I had a hard time getting some rest it was a lot of kids that weekend and they were loud and playing all night long I asked to change my room but they couldn't do it and it was a baby crying all night next door to me and my floor in my room was not clean it was dirty I took pictures of it other than that the hotel is very nice I just wish they could accommodate me with another room so I can get some sleep because it was my wife's birthday and we was just trying to get some rest for the weekend and get away very nice property. Other than that that's my complaint

I missed out on having choices by going through a third party. I haven't stayed there in 3 years and things have changed. I was in a handicapped accessible room. I could not request a change. You hane to pay for parking now just in the parking lot not a garage. Like I said, everything has changed.
