I am so sorry you found your room unsatisfactory. I can assure you that is not the standard in our hotel. We work hard to make sure our housekeepers keep each and every guest room and bathroom clean; my apologies. I hope you consider staying with us again. Our tile is green and our pool is cleaned daily before it opens to guest. The only guest that get a snack tray are guest whom book the premium suites. We strive to provide gracious, engaging and caring service and we’d love to have you as our guest to ensure you have the best travel experience ever.

Dear Anonymous, We have reduced the frequency of room cleaning to reduce the contact between our guests and our staff. We are happy to provide extra amenity items, linen or pick up your trash. It's as a precautionary measure to assist us in protecting you and our staff.

Good Afternoon Mrs. Christy, Let me start by saying that your review really is quite disturbing with your review of our hotel. You booked 2 accessible rooms and the email confirmation that you received from the 3rd party showed you booked that type of room. Upon arrival you received a email from me stating the type of room you booked along with parking fee, incidental amounts, and any other fees that may be associated with your stay. When you checked in with my supervisor who gives amazing service, she checked you into one room and told you the other room was on a different floor and wasn't quite ready due to your family was here earlier than 4pm which is our normal check-in time. Your daughter whom I found very pleasant came back down to see if her room was ready and ended up getting me. Due to your daughters politeness, I mentioned to your daughter and yourself, you ended up walking up behind her that the best thing I could do was put you on the same floor. We did give you a King room and did not charge you the difference in price so to say we were rude when you could have been on different floors I believe was quite unnecessary. There is nothing mentioned in our books about gum being on the and we write down everything from bring you towels to a single container of lotion. We strive to bring you outstanding service and I believe that we did just that.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. There are several booking sources, and you should always use the one that works best for you. However, we always promote booking directly with Hilton. We have been charging for parking for almost 2 years, and it is disclosed through all booking channels, my apologies that it was a surprise upon check in.
