Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

Excellent location. Near the Natural History Museum. But the two-floor bedroom offers only one good bed. The other bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Much too expensive for what it's worth. Other than that, the cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly.
