Hilton hotel is always nice and reliable. Great breakfast. Clean waiting area smells nice. The only thing is on one side of the street area people smoking up Hookah freely looking daze and high? Not a good and safe walking area at night especially with my young son seeing all that. I didn’t expect that but new to this part of London UK so I moved hotel after.

An outstanding Stay 🙌
We both needed a nearby stay, the hotel was amazing. We were near to Hyde park for us to attend Stevie Nicks concert. We are a couple of English country bumpkins, not used to the big City. However, our stay with you made our short visit assessable for a glorious night, outstanding breakfast accountable for all Countries/ Cultures . Our room was exceptionally clean, bathroom also. The shower had lovely hot water to bathe in. There was air conditioning which helped me breath beautifully as I have asthma . The air was fresher than living in the country/ sticks where we come from. I slept beautifully and haven’t slept like this in years. You made our stay extra special… Thank you all kindly.

Pleasant stay in London at this hotel. Room was spacious enough for family of 5 and clean. Hôtel staff super friendly and concierge service was helpful when we arrived earlier than check in time to hold our luggage. Close to London Underground stations and was convenient for traveling around.

A very relaxing stay , right in the middle of Edgware Road and tube station just 5 minutes walk away . Highly recommended for families and individuals, breakfast was also very scrumptious.

Lights went out water went out couldn’t shower granddaughter water went out halfway through her shower so had to wait to shower lost all morning miss a tour restaurant closed 3 days of the 4 we were there problems with the register couldn’t charge other the water going out used coffee in room and never got restocked asked housekeeping they could do it had to call front desk that never answered no room service even though they say they have room service shower head couldn’t stay up so very inconvenient to shower House keeper didn’t speak English so had problem communicating

Cold showers, no thank you!
I booked a city view room and did not get that, I was facing the other direction. When I tried to take a shower there was no hot water. I mentioned this to reception and they said the manager would contact me. A week later and still nothing! Very disappointed in this hotel group. Can definitely do better.
