I liked how friendly the check-in staff was and how clean and modern the facility was. What I didn't like AT ALL is that I asked for a King bed and we had a Queen bed. Didn't realize when we checked in and quickly dropped off our bags. When we returned after our event, it was late and w were too tired to complain. But you should know that calling a bed a king and charging for it when it is only a queen is NOT OKAY.

We didn’t make it past the lobby. Room was given away. Told delay in checking. 9:30 pm told there was no power. What a horrible experience with 2 little babies in tow.

Stayed on college campus. However I had to wait 5.5 hours for my room to be ready. Paid for 2 queen beds. Settled for a single bed had to share with kids. Got in room at 10:30 p.m. they need more cleaning staff. Staff was doing the best they could l.
