Staff is excellent, very professional and friendly. The valet guys were so fast retrieving my car even in the rain. Property is clean and updated. Bed was super comfortable. My only complaint is having to pay for parking but that seems to be the norm at any hotel these days.

The staff was really smart and polite. The restaurant service and food were excellent. The only complaint would be that my room on the 7th floor was near the elevator, and it made a lot of noise. Also, the wood fire smoke from the pizza oven in the restaurant made my room smell like a smokehouse a little bit. Not enough to make my clothes smell, but it was noticeable. They might need to make a change to the ventilation system. It didn't bother me too much, but I know my wife wouldn't have liked it.

Great Hotel, Needs new beds

It was an amazing location, modern, clean, the valet guy was so great and we used them alot! The bed, however, was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.

entire staff was very helpful including valet as well. my only thing was having to go to the 2nd floor to use a microwave but other than that the hotel was beautiful and very clean. the rooms were nice as well and it felt very secure
