I had a cockroach in the room and they changed rooms but overall I felt like it wasn’t a problem to them

Shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were all out. Wouldn’t let my daughter check in early. Miscommunication between reservations and front desk. Yusuf was very apologetic and nice. Kinda of noisy for a hotel.
