"RIU Mobay was an excellent choice to stay for our 3nights.The staff was very friendly , the room was clean has all the amenities that one would need a safe,fridge,hair dryer robes , even an umbrella to shelter from the rain which we used to go to the restaurant . The restaurant had very little fruit and of such, I didn’t like that."

"My room had a lot of hair and large shoe prints on the floors; meaning they didn't clean the floors. The staff was giving my party (of 20) different information. As a whole the hotel, the (buffet) food and all the shows were nice. I'd give it a 3 out of 5."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at S Hotel Montego Bay. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It's only about five minutes from the airport, and the hotel's $15 private airport transfer was absolutely worth it for how quick and seamless it made arrivals and departures. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property was consistently clean and well maintained. One of the best perks is the access to Doctor's Cave Beach, which feels much more private than the public entrance. Several locals told us it's the best beach in Montego Bay, and having access included with the hotel adds great value. The food was another highlight. We enjoyed both the buffet and the restaurants, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. I would especially recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Unlike some Montego Bay resorts known for nonstop parties, S Hotel offers a more peaceful experience, so it really depends on the type of vacation you're looking for. The biggest downside was the inconsistency in service. Some staff members were exceptionally warm, attentive, and eager to help, while others seemed disengaged. Even simple things like getting water refilled or having questions answered could be hit or miss. I've visited Montego Bay before, and Jamaican hospitality is one of the reasons I love returning, so this was the one area where S Hotel didn't quite meet my expectations."

"Just wrapped up an incredible week-long stay, thoroughly enjoying our room, the stunning views, the solid food options, and the warm, friendly service across the entire property. We especially loved the Jerk Hut right on the beach—my son couldn't get enough of the jerk pork and Coco Bread—and he had a blast snorkeling and spotting fish right at the rock coral on the resort's beach. Major shout-out to the Star Prestige Beach Club crew closest to the Selection side—their service was next-level friendly and truly set the standard for the entire trip."

"I liked that Riu Reggae was smaller and quieter than Riu Montego Bay. We never had to wait long for a drink or our food. It was an easy walk from our room to the pool and beach. When we spent the day at Riu Montego Bay, the property was a lot bigger and it took awhile to get around and wait for a drink. Although, their foam party was a lot of fun! The entertainment staff at Riu Reggae were amazing! Bubbles will make sure that you have a good time. The bar staff will refill your drink quickly and make sure you are having a good time The pool water is warm and relaxing. The water at the beach is amazing! The only bothersome experience were all the men on kayaks and paddle boards trying to sell you souvenirs and something to smoke. Sometimes you just want peace and quiet to relax, instead of people selling you something. The Jerk Hut on the beach is amazing for the grilled/smoked chicken. The specialty restaurants were delicious, although we had trouble making reservations when we first arrived and the app wasn’t the easiest to manage. Overall, Riu Reggae was an amazing time!"
