"The beach access very awful full of trash I get might be locals but bad for the hotel as is the nearest beach I was disappointed that Montego Bay would allow the beach area to stay like that"

"Requested 2 ocean view rooms- one room had a small view of the ocean which was not what was in the photos, The elevator was not reliable, we got stuck in it once. It failed 2 other times and we had to walk the stairs. They are doing construction everywhere. The directions to get in were not good. Sometimes, the water would not get warm, the shower drain would not drain and would run on the bathroom floor, there’s a smell. On the positive side, the ac worked, the bed was comfortable, the shop downstairs was nice, it was directly across from beach access, could communicate with landlord easily"
