Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. This vacation was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.

The sheets were dirty with hairs on it. The water in the shower was not hot, and half of the time cold. They say they provide breakfast, but it was the worst breakfast I have ever had, it is just one round of breakfast with low quality. The only good thing about breakfast was the fact that we didn't need to go get a taxi for coffee. But the hotel has good security.

Everything we experienced at this hotel was wonderful and top notch!! The friendliest staff...the food was amazing, fresh and local! We had the best experience! They were very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile in whatever we needed! I will always remember the friendly faces of this place and their everlasting spirit even after the devistation of the hurricane, they remain to be the most resilient people and to experience their country and their culture, will always be a blessing that I am grateful to have seen!!

There was no vegetarian option for breakfast at all except toast. Room was ok, bathroom door did not close. Lot of construction was ongoing, understandably due to the damage. May have been a better experience at another time.

My name is Joyce Pessoa. I stayed at the Hotel Grand A View 10/19/25 for 4 days. The property is very clean and the staff were exceptional. Jodia and Tamara were very professional as were the others in the Restaurant. Shoera at the front desk was very helpful in regards to my needs. The hotel is very quiet. The only problem I had with my room is I had nowhere to put my clothes apart from a few hanagers in the closet. My stay was pleasant so I would return to Hotel Grand A View.
