"Breakfast choices included full, continental and Jamaican. Food was delicious. Lunch and dinner also very good. The Itilian restaurant was good also. Booth to get transportation to hotel is located @ the airport. Paid $15 USD Hotel has lots of out-door sitting spaces giving a home-like comfortable feel. Can sit out and look @ the beach or enjoy the court yard or the pool. It's not a 'fancy' hotel. But it is very comfortable. I recommend and would return."

"The view from the hotel room was a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, lovely, with comfortable bed and pillows, the water pressure was great. The buffet food was amazing but the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet has plenty of options. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool so no need to get up early to secure one. There are plenty of staff and servers. However, with the exception of a few staff, most staff are not friendly, don’t say hello or greet you in passing or when serving, don’t smile or make eye contact when speaking with the guests and have a bit of an attitude when you ask them questions. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoy ourselves. I think as a country that relies heavily on tourism, they need to train their staff and educate the general public on the importance of tourism as their main industry and the importance of being polite, courteous and friendly to tourists."

"The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously."
