It is what it is a very convenient budget friendly clean resort that’s close to the airport, amenities and the beach. All Staff that I met were friendly and accommodating this includes the restaurant staff, porters and receptionists.

It was a very close and convenient accommodation for our one night stay after arriving at Sangster's Intl airport and before travelling onward by bus to our final Jamaica destination. Airport shuttle and food were at additional cost but were excellent!

Mike is the best thing that happened to Toby‘s

There is limited parking, but they have a shuttle to take you back-and-forth from the airport so that’s good. The staff is friendly. Honestly, Mike is the best thing that ever happened to that place. Woke up to an ant colony in my room and Mike was quick to jump on it and get it cleaned up. He’s also the bartender and waiter in the restaurant. All around Mr. fix it.

The first day I arrive the television and the air condition wasn’t working properly. It took them a whole 24 hours and a room change for it to be resolved, and I was only there from Thursday to Saturday. For the most part, my vacation for the length of time I was there was nice because of my company. The staff at the front desk was very rude. The cleaning staff and and the maintenance gentleman were awesome.

Relaxing vacation

It was nice amd not to busy. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were so relaxed and got plenty ofcrest. Thecshops wetevvery closexby., also the beach. Food was nice but wished they had more choice of simple caribbean food sich as Hardoughbread rather than rice..
