Problem at checkin. My prepaid overnight stay has not been sent to property, & U couldnt reach a live agent to sort it out with front desk. I went ahead & paid again for the night. Authentic Montego bay

I've stayed in the resorts in Jamaica but when I travel with newbies and want them to see, taste and experiance authentic Jamaica we stay at Toby's . Its central to everything and tours for excursions pick up from the hotel as well. We always have a great time.

The staff were excellent. They try to make your stay safe and memorable. The room have lots of ants and mosquitoes and the bed was too hard. We spent two nights . However from the front desk staff to the cleaning lady and bartender was very pleasant and courteous. The hotel can use some renovations.
