The staff at this Resort are fantastic! There is always someone to ask you if you need anything else, checking on you, always on top. Very attentive. The room was incredible. The food choices are fantastic on-site with 5 restaurants to choose from within the resort. The beach is a 10 out o10, clear water, glass smooth and white sand. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Not a single complaint and exceeded my expectations!

Ventanas restaurant was very good! The Mexican Restaurant was my favorite, we had the best service there. The Italian restaurant was my least favorite and the waiter was not very attentive... He seemed in a hurry when we ordered which made us a little uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms 1 needed to be updated as the faucet leaked #327 other than that it was very confortable. We had a very nice experience overall. The beach was beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful

We booked this all inclusive resort because the review score was 8.8 but it did not meet my expectation. Limited choices of food in buffet area compared to other all inclusive resorts we’ve been too. The only air conditioned area is the room and hallway. So I’m sweating while eating especially in buffet area. The lobby needs improvement. Limited toys in play area and limited activities for toddlers less than 4 years old. Only one main pool and one children’s pool. The staff are nice and our room is clean that’s one advantage.

Andrea, the poolside workout instructor was amazing!! She was energetic, funny and welcoming! Never did aqua aerobics but she made it so much fun that I came back for aqua Zumba!
