I dont consider this resort a 5 stars at all. Not a lot of restaurant choices in the resort. Very small resort. Limited choice of alcohol

The staff at Panama Jack were polite, accommodating and always had a smile on their face. I had an issue with my room and they immediately resolved it. The wait staff in the Italian restaurant was fabulous ! The food at the other restaurant and buffets were not as good. Every night they had entertainment for families. They just need to play some dance music at night for young adults so people can dance. I will return to Panama Jack, great price and lots of fun.

This all inclusive allowed our honeymoon to begin our life together with an incredible experience. Such a beautiful, friendly, and welcoming location and staff. Amenities and views that surpass most. Thank you for great memories to start our lives together.

Service was lacking on the beach and shows were not like most of Cancun. I would say this is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The VIP service is a joke. Don't expect beach service or anything fancy here.

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. My goal was to spend 3.5 days relaxing and soaking in the sun. I am 57 years old and went by myself. I had read several other reviews so I feel like I had a good idea of what to expect. Check in was easy and I stayed in a Jr. Suite which was a king sized bed with a step down area for eating and sitting. There was a walk out balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. I thought the following were very positive: The room was good sized and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view of the ocean from the view was excellent and I went to sleep at night hearing the waves crash on the shore ( it was really windy). Staff is friendly and courteous. The following were less impressive: The music and activities (all over loudspeaker) start in the late morning and run through 5pm. Naps were out of the question. The food at the buffets were very average. I ate at one onsite restaurant for dinner and it was ok. I also had dinner in my room twice. Overall, the food is just ok. This was fine for my length of stay, but may keep me from returning in the future. The staff seemed perplexed that I was traveling alone. Nearly everyone I spoke with asked who I was traveling with, where my husband was and how many children I had. It got a little weird. I realize that family is important in Mexico, but I would think they would be more aware in a resort area. Lots of families and middle-aged Americans getting drunk.
