The customer service and what this resort has to offer was awesome. I had an amazing trip and love Cancun. But the condition of the place seemed off. I think the rooms have moisture issues. You can smell a hint of mold/moisture as soon as you walk into your room. I kept the vent and the ceiling fan running but sometimes even the doors and seating chairs would be moist and wet. On our last night the bed felt a little wet as Well. Not sure what it is but we were with a group of friends and their rooms were like this as well.

What a beautiful place, and the staff was so welcoming and always friendly. The food was great! Carlos, the chief at Casa Derosa was amazing and took the time to make us a very special.meal, off the menu, for our last night there. I would highly recommend!

Room overlooked ocean. Room spacious. Great service from very friendly staff. Buffet restaurant was ok ...only thing that we could recommend improvement on. Italian restaurant Villagios was outstanding! Will return again

I dont consider this resort a 5 stars at all. Not a lot of restaurant choices in the resort. Very small resort. Limited choice of alcohol

The staff at Panama Jack were polite, accommodating and always had a smile on their face. I had an issue with my room and they immediately resolved it. The wait staff in the Italian restaurant was fabulous ! The food at the other restaurant and buffets were not as good. Every night they had entertainment for families. They just need to play some dance music at night for young adults so people can dance. I will return to Panama Jack, great price and lots of fun.

Service was lacking on the beach and shows were not like most of Cancun. I would say this is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The VIP service is a joke. Don't expect beach service or anything fancy here.
