Ocean view is the only thing good . Pay a little more money and get something nice . Maid service is extra . The windows and doors do not secure and whistle all night .the internet is terrible . Airlines changed our flight and hotel would not refund the 2 days . Has to be one of the oldest places on the strip . I don’t recommend this place at all .

If you get the ocean view and you're just looking for the ocean view in Cancun you can't get better bang for your buck. We stayed there for one night and the view was worth it! That said, this is a no frills hotel with nothing else available. The room is minimalistic and I like that about the room as it puts you back in a different era of what Cancun look like before the big resorts came in. The hotel pool is fun and welcoming and the beachfront with the waves is as fun as it gets going right into the Caribbean Sea. The staff was overall friendly and I was skeptical about the security but once I was there I felt very safe even given the proximity to the bars in the clubs.

Although the location is close to the beach and other attractions, I would not recommend staying here due to major management issues. At 3 PM, I had difficulty finding my assigned room because there was no visible room number on or near the door that matched my key. I reported this to management, but the issue was dismissed and not taken seriously. At 4 AM the following morning, after returning from the club, I again couldn’t locate my room due to the same lack of proper numbering. Even worse, my key opened someone else’s door, which understandably upset the occupants. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. A security guard ultimately helped me find my room, despite there still being no visible room number. Management was made aware of these issues, yet no action was taken to correct them. This reflects a clear lack of accountability and attention to guest safety.

When I came in the room looked nice, until closer inpection. There were poop stains and pubic hairs in the toilet, there other type of stains in the blankets of the beds and one pillow had a cover ripped off, like someone took a bite. The bed base was damaged. There was no water for 3 hours, the kitchen was equipped for cooking utensils which was amazing. The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel is amazing, but they need to work better in the restoration of the rooms. No bar was available, we didn't care because we don't drink.

We were there in March with teenage kids. Great location, clean room , beautiful beach right at the door steps, Take ear plugs , because Coco Bongo and another bars are in proximity. Only major think - beware - every room on Expedia shows ocean view, and that is not the case.

This was a great stay. Really appreciated the host welcoming onsite. It has a great view and they provide what is needed for the stay. I got all the toiletries I needed Also location is great at the heart of Cancun. Only issue I had was small that the water tank for the toilet takes long to fill up. Also since its a party scene I heard neighbors being a bit loud around 4am The lobby where you pick up the keys could use a little upgrade

The property is clean however there are a number of basic repairs needed or lacking supples such as: 1. Lacking rod to hang clothes inside the cabinet 2. Water stopper needed on wash basin sink 3. Coffee maker - hardly drips 4. No cutting board 5. No kitchen towel 6. No chair/s inside the room 7. Stayed 4 days and 3 nights, only one elevator was working. Other than the above, even if the property is old, the location is close to all amenities and is by the beach.

The room is not what is portrayed online. The room is damaged. The bathroom ceiling didn’t even have a ceiling. It had drywall screwed together and falling apart. There was no hot water. I let maintenance know. Toilet cover was also broken every time to use the toilet I’d almost fall in. Bedsheets had holes from burns the looks of it. And stains that didn’t even look washed… along with strands of hair…. Broken furniture in the room and the TV that didn’t work. The view was beautiful, but for my entire day, I didn’t even get into the bedsheets. I felt very grossed out as well as whoever stood before me left food in the fridge, and the sink wasn’t even cleaned.

Location is right at the beach and close to everything. Having an ocean view room was amazing! flea market/souvenir stores, restaurants, club/bar, supermarket are all in walking distances. We used the kitchenette to prepare simple meals and avoided eating out. The beach is well maintained despite some seaweeds. The condo building is old but it is clean. We did not encounter any issue, except the 2 elevators can only carry 2 people each and 1 elevator was not working during our stay.

Muito bem localizado, hotel antigo mas é limpo, tem uma praia linda perto e boa estrutura. Só realmente é bem barulhento para dormir, a partir de quarta feira já é bem complicado a música acaba por volta de 4 da manhã.
