Hello Mike, thank you for sharing us your experience, your feedback is very important for us, allow me to inform you that during your stay, an electricity outage took place in three states of Yucatan peninsula on Friday, April 5th. Due to further interruptions and damages caused to emergency power generators, that unsteady situation extended over the weekend. We are sorry for the misunderstood with the medical services, the hospital that we work with charge 150usd for the Doctors visit, nevertheless if you want to call a different Doctor, we do not charge any extra fee, he/she just need to present an official doctors identification. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause you. We would love to have the opportunity to be your host once again and pamper you under the best circumstances.
