The property was nice, clean, and fresh. The concierge is the problem. We met Esteban the first day there. He insisted he was the man to call if we needed transportation. The very next morning we contacted him for a taxi to the hotel zone. An unmarked white van pulls up and takes us. We get there and he says his card machine isn’t working and asks for cash. He then grabs another card machine and also takes the pesos I had on hand. He charged my bank account $942.70 American for what the hotel charges 650 pesos. Esteban is in with the drivers there. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

The hotel is in a great location when you need to catch an early flight, great food and pool. We got there from our first flight, me (an adult) and 2 kids were given our room only to find it was as also someone else’s room after we went in and saw their stuff , had to go back to reception and given a second room to find out the key card doesn’t work, finally given a third room that we were actually able to use but every time we needed to give our room number it came up like it was another guest room, anyhow, we were told it was their system not working properly. I would definitely give this place another try for its convenience

The hotel was pleasant but not of the standard I would expect from the Hilton group. Staff were friendly, the room was comfortable with a great bed and very important. Comfortable pillows. The roof top pool was amazing. Totally unexpected in an airport hotel. The big disappointment was the food. There was no choice of restaurants and the menu was poor. Some of the food we ordered was inedible. We asked for milk to use for tea in the room and the restaurant wanted to charge us.. come on…. Breakfast was better and staff were attentive. Despite the disappointment with the restaurant I would recommend a hotel stay , mainly because of the amazing pool area and location. The hotel provides a free pick up and also deposit at the airport when leaving

2nd time staying for convenience. Room fine . Location very near airport. Negatives and positives equal. Impossible to go out to eat. They encourage you to pay for taxis when shuttles or walking are possible. Very misleading. Communication in advance non existent - tried via hotels.com and website to book transfers, breakfast etc but impossible despite multiple attempts

My family arrived to the international terminal, at the cancun airport terminals do not connect with one another, Thus you cant just walk to the hotel from there as you are in the opposite side of the airport area, the shuttle does not run in a loop like at most places, so we were advised by other transport service providers to call the front desk and ask to pick us up, we tried for 40 minutes, i traveled with 3 small children ages 7 and under, I called the Hilton called centre, they themselves tried to reach the hotel no one answered, we had to take a $30 USD 4 min cab ride…. The front desk staff was rude, cero empathy, did not offer to compensate me for anything, ignored me when I asked how come no-one answered the phone to come pick us up… and when I asked what they were going to make things better he said “the shuttle is a courtesy from the hotel and as such we are not obliged to provide guest one” all the while I am looking at the shuttle van from my window whilst I am typing this lettre :s
Bathroom was dirty, it looked as though it was in the middle of some repairs

Perfect after long trip

Needed a safe, secure and comfy place to stay after a long journey with 2 young kids. Hotel is right next to the airport, very comfy and clean and pool area was really nice. Breakfast also very good
