The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous after stressful travel. The easy access to terminal 3 makes it an easy walk if you do not care to take the shuttle. The breakfast was so overpriced and underwhelming they make McDonald's shine. A waste of $60.

The hotel is mediocre for the cost. Check-in was very slow, we felt like an inconvience and there was no information about hotel amenities. Another guest was very upset and yelling at the staff throughout our check-in, which further created anxiety in my group. The beds were very uncomfortable, and no one helped with luggage after we walked from our terminal to the hotel that was supposed to be in the airport. Overall, I hoped for a level of service in line with the cost, especially after travelling 17 hours. The room service at 9 pm was exceptional, and we appreciated the quick and fresh delivery. I would not stay here again as I paid for convenience, and it was worse than just taking a taxi to another hotel.

Breakfast has consistently been really, really bad. Due to location of hotel , practically forced to eat breakfast there. Chafing dish eggs ,some kind ofchicken stew, weird grilled vegetables, poorly prepared beans. No bacon , no sauasge. The guy who made the omelets did a good job.

The staff were kind and helpful, and aesthetically the hotel, rooms, and pool terrace were pretty and clean. The food in the restaurant was not what it should be for the prices they are charging, and I had some stomach upset from eating there. The noise level was also not great. All the doors absolutely slam shut unless you make sure they don't, and there's so little sound proofing between the doors and the hallways that you hear everything.. It made waking up before 6 am to catch a flight very unpleasant.
