The property was nothing like the website. It is run down and dirty, and 2/3 of the front desk staff weren’t helpful at all. Biggest issue was that we stayed there for a spa experience, and the spa was shut down with no idea on when it will be open again. We had to make several trips with uber to get spa treatments as it was the whole purpose of our trip. My wife was really looking forward to a beach massage, but the alternate location didn’t have this service. All the surrounding hotels required that you were a guest to use the facilities. The Resteraunt was also out of half of the meal options, all of which were what we wanted to eat. So we had to uber all over for meals as well. I would not recommend, and will never stay at Cyan again.

La habitación que elegí estaba super linda, amplia y con buena vista, sin embargo el jacuzzi no funcionaba y no abría la ventana. El restaurante tiene muy buen servicio y la comida está muy rica. Adicional el personal que te atiende es super amable. Por el precio está bien la propiedad y cerca hay una parada de camión, sin embargo está muy lejos del centro o de la vida nocturna. Consideren eso.

Great ocean view room, beach access, pool with ocean view, cabana for afternoon cocktails in the shades, great staff, bar and restaurant on site, and they have travel guides on site that can make your day trip arrangement seemless & takes the guesswork out. Local bus will get you to Downtown Cancun, Marina, and night life or shopping mall. Ask the driver to & will tell you si or no.

The Hair Dryer did not work - the heat element worked, but the fan did not. 3. There was no coffee machine available so could at least make hot water for our own tea. there was no electricity from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. There was a fresh coat of paint by the windowsill in one of the rooms and no one warned us about it. We got stains on our clothes!!! the swimming pool was advertised to close at 9pm but they closed at 7pm. A painter came into the other room to do maintenance, he didn't know we had already checked in!!! We asked for pinas coladas at the pool but they couldn't make them due to lack of electricity. No elevators!! The place is so worn out! The only good thing was the location

Staff at front counter, are extremely rude. Building is suffering from neglect, rooms are just a place to rest your head. The room furniture was all on a lean. Everything is an up charge from the bottle of water to the coke in the fridge to having someone come visit.

The hotel was obviously older and not in the best condition, but for the price and the amazing views it was worth it! I didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway. The beach could not have been more beautiful and they gave you loungers to lay on. The infinity pool was also beautiful. And the restaurant had excellent food and spectacular service! Overall, if you're wanting to save money and still have a great experience, this place will do that for you. The mini fridge was a definite plus as well!

Th drawers on the room were falling, the mini bar wasn’t stock, it o my had 3 sodas, but the menu with the pricing was there. The staff in very inattentive, my husband did not get help from the bellman with the luggage, there is no phone in the rooms. We only stayed there for one night and was enough. Definitely not coming back here, it is totally different from the pictures you see in Expedia.

This hotel was great for me and my girlfriend’s first time traveling alone to Cancun ! It’s more of a hotel if you want to do excursions because it’s really convenient that it’s one of the first hotels in the hotel zone. Unfortunately it’s about a 15 minute drive from downtown, so we had to uber a lot, but that’s our fault. Staff mostly spoke Spanish so it’s good to know some Spanish, but they also knew English aswell. All staffs service was great, they were all very kind and respectful! I would recommend getting a patio view rather than a jacuzzi, we booked a room with a jacuzzi and it would take too long to fill up so we couldn’t enjoy it. Beautiful views of the beach from the window even on the first floor like what we had! Overall it was an amazing experience for a more affordable 5 day trip. We will definitely consider staying at the Cyan Resort our next trip to Cancun!
