We really liked the food, except for seafood buffet which was just okay. American bistro was our favorite, room service was always prompt and well prepared also. The maid did a good job and would leave little surprises which was very sweet. Mini fridge was always well stocked and bathrooms were upscale and clean Only negative I would say is that the rooms were long and narrow, so you share a lot of wall space with neighbors. That’s not unique to this hotel but it was very noticeable, you could hear people speaking at indoor voices in the hall. Not a big deal if your room is just a place to crash but if you pay more for a nicer suite I’d expect a little more Rooftop hot tub did not heat up very hot but it was nice to have

Mixed Feelings: Beautiful Resort, Painful Stay We recently stayed at this resort & while there were some highlights, the overall experience left us disappointed. 🌟Service: The staff were truly wonderful—attentive, friendly, & helpful. Their hospitality was the high point of our stay & deserves recognition. 🍽️Food: Nothing particularly memorable, but decent enough to get by. 🏖️Facilities: The resort is clearly designed with aesthetics in mind. However, comfort seems to have been sacrificed in the process. Every seating area—from lounge chairs to beds—was so uncomfortable that I ended up with severe back pain, to the point I could barely walk. For a place meant to promote relaxation, this was a major letdown. 🚪Elevator Issues: During our last 24 hours, one of the two elevators was out of service. With only one small elevator left to serve the entire building, it was a frustrating & time-consuming ordeal just trying to get to & from our room. 💼Unwelcome Sales Pitch: Before we even made it to our room—after a long day of travel—we were approached about attending what appeared to be a timeshare presentation. This was not only poorly timed, but also completely out of step with the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. We came to unwind, not to be sold to. We get enough of that back home. ❌Bottom Line: Unless the resort invests in truly comfortable seating & bedding, we won’t return. The beautiful surroundings & excellent service can’t make up for physical discomfort.

Food and drink are good. Rooms and beach are good. Entertainment was ok But really nothing to do after 9:30! There is no night life. There is a sport bar which is a very sad place! Did we enjoy! Yes for sure! The height for us was the room with nice view. Nice beach. Good food and drinks. What was missing first no real VIP treatment. The resort credit is a scam! You need to spent more than $2500 to be able to get that! Second we were very board at nights! Really nothing to do at the resort!

Check in was fast and they had my room ready before regular check in time. Jorge, Sabi, Carmen and Nelson were all fantastic. We rented a pool cabana for the week and service was exceptional . Room was great and so were the food choices. If you want a place to relax this is it. We will be back!

Loved my time at Iberostar Coral Reef Adult only. Everyone was friendly, very hospitable, area was clean and organized. We felt safe even with the tours and exercusions offered at the hotel, plenty of transportation available to get to the shops down 15 mins away. Only sad thing was we couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the sea weed but that was already expected because of the season we are in, I’d suggest going to Isla se Mujeres excursion, it was beautiful and the beach was clean. Overall food was great and the spa area was amazing! Because of the VIP access I was able to add 20% off my massage treatment. I would love to come back during the high season. Great price for a short stay and not overly crowded.
