Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: Better house keeping and working with you when you had a problem instead of telling you you can upgrade for more money
First day ok, second day no towels ask for them there was 3 adults in room only gave us 2 bath towels no face towels 2 of us had to share a towel. After 1st day no coffee was left in the room. From the first day coffee cups still had lipstick on cups till we left. The phone did not work. Door banged all night even though it was locked. Would not stay there again. No elevator and we were on the top floor 4 flight of stair we had a handicap person with us she had a very very hard time getting up and down the stairs

Great low key hotel near beach

First the hotel is awesome, has a Mexico feel and it's nice and very clean! The view of the beach from the hotel was a great plus. I love how it was low key and very attentive to all guest. The staff was beyond great! I wanted a room change with a better view and a lil more room. They gladly helped me choose a room. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Beautiful beach for kids

Beautiful beach for kids. Our experience was good over all except for some of the cleaning girls are a bit rude but the lady who cleaned or room (4219)was really nice (sorry forgot her name). Also Really nice bartender.

A conditional OK

Pros: As above
Cons: As above
Location: Good Japanese restaurant. OK other restaurants. Clubs for partying. Huge store for knick knacks. Big Supermarket Buses to downtown and other locations
Food is terrible but there are restaurants within walking distance 1 to 2 miles. Staff is mixed. Front desk pleasant. Some of the wait staff surly but mostly pleasant. Maids good. All conditional on being tipped of course. The Tour desk is awful. To get a shuttle to the airport you have to go on line to their website which is all in Spanish otherwise take a taxi. So if you use Green Shuttle to hotel (big kiosk in airport) keep their card to phone them for return. Tour desk doesn't have local maps and is pricier than almost anywhere else. The hotel is a nice smaller facility on the bay so no surf and pleasant chairs and shade available with beverages and food brought to you from the bar. Jet ski's, boats and kayaks go right past the floats and ropes so there is no swimming possible in depths over 5 feet at high tide 3 at low. Pool is also 4 feet deep. The Hotel is CHEAP! They charge for bottled water. They provide 1 package of coffee the day you get there and then charge for it if you want the package thereafter. Gym has poor equipment. A large % of Mexican guests so I assume it is a good value.

a combination of home and heaven

Pros: i loved everything about this hotel
Cons: the speed of the catoring service into the beach.
Location: everything was clean, safe, and the transportation is very fast and goes by very frequent
i loved the hotel as soon as arrived. the room was very simple, homely looking/feeling, very clean and fresh. i had the best time in my life in this facility. the food was good but the only thing i did not like is the in-beach catering service. the one of the waitors took too long tobring me anything whole knowing the restaurant was not that busy.

Return trip to a fabulous venue!

Pros: I liked that the hotel is ideally located in la zona hotelera; is quiet, family-friendly and with plenty of places to sit, visit, relax or play.
Cons: Hooks installed within the shower stall in order to hang wet swimsuits.
Location: Perfectly located for easy walking to farmacias, food and souvenir shops and restaurants. Downtown is an easy bus ride for more variety shopping
Beachscape Kin Ha was just as I remembered from 6 years ago: a clean, decent room, a sparkling clean and groomed beach, delightful staff and plenty of delicious food from La Palapa. We came this time with an entourage of friends and family and everyone had a great time. I was especially appreciative of the security staff who allowed us on the beach after dark but kept a protective eye on us at all times. La Palapa wait staff were exceptionally attentive to our every need and desire.

Bad start.

When arrived we were told that our room wasn't available cause the reservation was made thru an agency not thru them. I told them that I paid it weeks ago and I had the confirmation . Didn't care , we we're send to another hotel less category; for the first night, checking in even later and had to leave early in the morning carrying our luggage all day. Very inconvenient for an anniversary trip. I do not recommend it.

Wonderful small resort with a family friendly beach ..Best beach in Cancun !!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, real mexico !!
The staff were all friendly. Even though a small resort in the North hotel area the service was top notch !! The beach is wonderful and the safest in Cancun .. South hotel area beach being rough all the time with red alerts!! NOT family freindly like Beachscape. If you want to experience the real Mexico Beachscape is the place to stay !!!
