Book a hotel near Byron Carlyle Theater, North Beach

"Ac was cool, lots of codes for doors , no front desk available at all, small kitchen area with 2 cups no dishes or utensils available, no late check out available, this is like a small studio apartment not a hotel, location is peaceful is on north beach. Construction being done bext door. "

"Staff is uninterested in its customers. Multiple employees dont even acknowledge you as customers but would rather sit in their backroom and drink their little expresso's. No toiler paper after a couple days. Batteries in the remote were dead for the whole stay even though we reported it twice. They said it was fixed twice. Lol Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them. Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c. Beds were just above uncomfortable. No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries. Other then that some people may enjoy it?? "
