"The unit I showed up to was so much different than the listing photos and reviews, I felt blindsided. The unit had seen better days. Besides the super worn..everything, the mattress was too small for the bed frame—like maybe they were trying to get away with a full sized bed in a queen frame; the floors and grout were filthy with evidence of previous guests food on the upholstered furniture. I left half way through the booking. The only two windows in the unit faced a courtyard for the entire unit, which also allowed each unit to see inside each others. It did not feel like a secure building and definitely was lacking in overall cleanliness and value. "

"Rooms and facilities were clean and very well equipped. Staff was excellent and friendly. A variety of shopping and restaurants in the area. Great spot to walk and enjoy the vibes of downtown Miami. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before our cruise so we did not have a chance to see the beautiful pool area. We will definitely be back if we are ever in midtown."

"Good: very friendly and accommodating reception staff, allowed us a late check out. Beds are comfy and the hotel is very fun and modern. Great location. Improvements: We asked for the sheets to be changed the first day but they weren’t, and also the cleaners didn’t put pillow cases on 2 of the pillows. Also disappointing no bathrobes given the calibre of the hotel. Wireless charger in the room didn’t work. "
