When you check in the charge you 100$ deposit that has NOT been refunded to me yet- you cannot speak to a person either when you call. You get a machine in Spanish that hangs up on you! I will be reporting this as fraud if I am not refunded my deposit with my bank. Rip off in a bad area! Stay away from this place! It is cheaper for a reason.

I entered into the room to find hair and stains on both beds, the room had a heavy smell of Mold and whatever spray they used to try and mask the smell made it way worst. You could barely breath in there. The walls were also stained and dirty there were broken picture frames as well. I would not recommend anyone stay here at all.

The staff was super sweet but the room smelled terrible there were bugs but I guess it is Miami there was tons of trash all over the parking lot and hookers staying there. Tons of homeless people not family friendly

Do not leave anything in that hotel the room maids will steal it you will never find what you left behind. I left out 6:00 in the morning room service comes at 11:00 and they claimed there was nothing in the room when I recorded leaving it in the room

Amazing Hotel

Amazing hotel at a great price. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and was quiet. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it’s an excellent choice
