Find your favorite poolside lounge chair and sink into sun-soaked bliss while still having a clear view of the entire yard. While there, fire up the gas grill to treat your guests to a backyard barbecue, with outdoor dining available on the lanai. Hammocks, shady palms, papaya, and banana trees create a laid-back tropical vibe, while the large yard offers plenty of space for lawn games, with a cornhole set and giant Connect 4 provided.

Dive into endless family fun in the under-the-sea game room featuring an immersive, wraparound mural and customizable neon lighting, plus a pool table, basketball shootout, foosball, air hockey, and an Xbox/PlayStation game station with twin screens and gaming chairs. A bar area features its own smart TV for happy hour or game day viewing.

A plush leather sectional and massive smart TV set the stage for family gatherings and movie nights in the living room. The sparkling full kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, including a floating island prep station. Meals can be enjoyed together in the family dining area. Take advantage of the workspace that can seat two and catch up on some remote work if you're feeling productive. When it's time for bed, kids will love the custom, ship-themed "Captain's Quarter's" bunk room. All bedrooms include their own smart TVs for added convenience.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
