Relax in the sunshine under a lanai, or take a dip in the enclosed private pool. This home's friendly atmosphere and helpful amenities make it an excellent place to come and enjoy the sunshine. You're within driving distance of several beaches at this home, and there's enough to enjoy right inside the front door. Enjoy cooking out on the private gas grill, with cooking equipment on hand to help you put together fun meals. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone relax with ease. If grilling isn't your thing, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook something tasty and a built-in breakfast nook for enjoying meals together. If you're returning from the beach, set your towels in the private washer/dryer and unwind with a favorite film in the DVD player.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
