"The property has a great location and a beautiful front area, which creates a very nice first impression. However, the customer service experience at the front desk was disappointing, as the staff came across as unfriendly and unaccommodating. Additionally, basic amenities such as bottled water were not available for purchase outside of the restaurant area. I was also surprised that visitors were not permitted on the property, even if they were willing to pay for access. Offering reasonably priced day passes for family and friends visiting from nearby areas would greatly improve the guest experience and make the property feel more welcoming. Overall, the location has a lot of potential, but improvements in hospitality and guest accommodations would make a significant difference."

"Overall great location. Friendly staff. Only negative was that I didn’t realize our room would not have a window and there wasn’t art on walls - so pretty basic. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature good, nice shower/bathroom. Lobby construction going on but did not impact us."

"The hotel itself is beautiful with nice amenities but the standard queen room left something to be desired. Our room was very small and darkly lit as it faced the interior of the building. Walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on outside in the hallway. Air conditioning worked very well but there is a constant dampness to the air probably due to lack of ventilation. Shower water was also lukewarm at best. Overall, this hotel has an amazing rooftop, great food on site, and an excellent location but the rooms are not it. If you stay here, opt for the pricier room options with windows or a balcony. If you’re ok with the bare bone standard room, then it may work for you. I don’t think the price for the room is worth the discomfort."
