"Somos clientes fieles de la cadena Aquarius y Costa Bahía. Muy lamentable esto a cambiado para mal. Este fin de semana éramos 4 cuartos reservados lo cuales los cambios realizados han impactado a negativamente para los huéspedes. 1. Cuando llegamos a los cuartos, no teníamos café, servilletas que de costumbres lo brindaban y el cambio fue eliminarlo. 2. Antes brindaban 4 toallas y ahora son dos toallas blancas para 4 personas en el cuarto y no te las cambian dos días después. Que increíble y quien utiliza por dos días corridos las mismas toallas. Tuvimos que salir a comprar. 3. Toallas de las piscinas solo te brindan una por días y si están mojadas no te las cambian hasta el próximo día. Increíble Muy lamentable que esto esté sucediendo y el descuido del resort."
