"The hotel is in a good area with restaurants and stores. The casino is very nice to have so close to the hotel. They have breakfast every morning very fresh. The complaint was my checkout was at 4:30 a.m when I went to check out no one in the lobby. I couldn’t leave until they gave me a ticket to get the car out. No way to find the person in charge almost missed my flight had to go look for a security to find the person to check out. When she finally showed up it looked like she just woke from somewhere. That was very unprofessional of her to leave the desk un attended. No way of contacting anyone anywhere in the hotel. It took about 25min for her to show up. This happened 6/01/26."
