At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The workers woke us up at 8am and they called us at 9:30 to move our car. Other than that, the room fulfilled its intended purpose.

There was no cleaning service at all. They do not provide this service at all. You have to ask for towels, sheets and trash bags. TV in one room did not have internet service at all and was frustrating not having the TV service. The other room had a broken handle for the bathroom sink and kept falling every time you opened the faucet. They do provide kitchen pots, utensils and dishes for the rooms with the stoves. The beds are comfy but they’re cheaply made. If you’re a big person, watch out because the wood boards under the mattress break. The lobby area is kept clean and smells really nice. So I say if you want your bed and towels changed every day, this is not the hotel for you.
