"Extremely disappointed that the breakfast building is 250 feet across the street and parking lot, no shuttle or any types of assistance for disabled folks to get there. Also... in spite of the fact that it might impede your bookings, fairness in advertising might be in order to alert potential visitors to the major construction between the buildings AND especially on the beachfront."

"My room was only basically cleaned. I found other guests socks under the end table and under the end table and dresser was very dirty. I had to go to the desk to ask for basic room necessities such as toilet paper. Trash leaked (I did try to throw away my previous nights dinner into a Kroger bag then in an old takeout container then the trash bag. That mess was left for me to deal with and no supplies to clean it with. The sink was stopped up and leaked. I was also left with that mess to clean up (I did not cause the sink to clog if I had I wouldn’t complain). The walls were so thin! I could hear the room next door talking as if they were in the room with me (they were speaking at a normal volume). I loved the music from the bar but I could hear it in my bathroom with the door shut (for perspective on sounds). I sleep lightly so was awaken every night by the sounds of the machines cleaning the beach. I also could not get my room dark enough with the blinds provided and given all the lighting that stayed on outside all night. I had a corner room. I booked ocean front not ocean view. The “balcony” was about 6 inches wide. Not joking. So instead of drinking coffee on the balcony chairs in morning I opened the door and sat in a chair in the room. Also the garage is not attached. Had to take elevator to ground, cross alley, go inside and get another elevator to room. The staff were friendly. We had a good time, however I wouldn’t stay here again."
