The location was ok as it was not among the high rise district so it was more mellow. But there were many issues. The work-out room was inoperable, the TV had no service, front desk clerk said no maintenance person could chk it til morning, no coffee cups in room, shady people on parking lot, no fan in bathroom so moisture everywhere.

They came beating on the door very next morning saying I smoked in there when I don't even smoke and made me leave on my first day of vacation was very rude ruined my entire trip didn't have money for another room so had to go back home but policy said would just have to pay a cleaning fee not made to leave I never smoked not once in that room

When we first arrived the person at the desk stated that they would notify us as soon as a room became available. We then waited at the lobby for about two hours and my husband wanted to buy a drink which they asked want to put it on the tab? He told them we don’t have a room yet and the person then stated oh we have a room available. The light in the entrance worked day one but then day two it went out. We notified the person at the desk she stated ok our maintenance person arrives at one. He never came. My husband and I stood there a whole week and if we need a change of towels we needed to ask at the desk, which I think is ridiculous along with ask for housekeeping to freshen up the room when there is a sign stating they will come every third day. Pool area- a few of the chairs were broken so you really couldn’t lye down and catch some sun. Pool needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Overall when we talked to one person who I think is the manager she didn’t even put a smile on her face. It was as if we were bothering her.

This property was not clean. The air vent in the bathroom was visibly full of dust and dirt, and the bathtub had a ring that appeared to be stained. During our stay, the cleaning staff did not clean our room; they only emptied some of the trash and left a few towels. When we went to the front desk to request additional towels, we were informed that they did not have any available and that towels should have been left when our room was serviced. They only provided two sets of towels for our group of four.

Never Again

The sole positive aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff. However, my overall impression was significantly diminished after checking in. Regrettably, the room was in a state of disrepair. The area around the beds and nightstands was visibly uncleaned and lacked a thorough vacuuming. The condition was quite unpleasant. Had I been aware of the poor quality of the pillows, I would have brought my own. As a result of my stay at your establishment, I have resolved to travel with my own personal pillows or purchase them for overnight stays at other hotels. Having raised children, I am intimately familiar with the potential for pillows to become stained and unsanitary, just GROSS. Consequently, I will now inspect the pillows before making any other decisions regarding overnight accommodations. Furthermore, the elementary patchwork applied to the chipped and damaged wall contributed to the overall unappealing appearance of the room. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from visiting your establishment in the future.
