"Room is really really clean. Standard twin a bit tight but good in Tokyo standard. Have a sitting sofa, a chair and a desk. Washroom is clean and dry/wet area separated. Standing shower and tub.
Location is great. There is about 7 minute walk to Nishi Shinjuku station and all the dinner places north east side. Two supermarkets and many convenience stores nearby with 7/11 just down the basement.
Services are great. Room cleaning is great.
Breakfast is great but gettin repetitive after a few days. Wish they change up the items a little bit. Overall 5/5
