Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great amenities in a fun neighborhood. The Skytree view from the top floor restaurant can't be beat, and the late night parfait deal was excellent. The afternoon tea was also superb!

The property was nice and clean. Close to transit, restaurants, and stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and the beds are comfortable. It was a good stay.

Property was very convenient to train station. There are 2 convenience stores across the street from the hotel. Only thing is the website indicates there are washer/dryers but there were none but all in all it was a good hotel. Beautiful view every night. Also no housekeeping everyday (every 3 days) but if you place towels outside they will give you new towels.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The property of this place is quite big and rooms are fairly decent size for Japan. Although the rooms look a little dated the restrooms could use a remodel to accommodated more ADA friendly. Overall a wonderful experience hotel with friendly / helpful staff.
