Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and safe. There were plenty of toiletries should you have forgotten anything. There were also pajamas and slippers for everyone in the room. The breakfast package was well worth it and I recommend adding it!

Fantastic hotel close to the subway. The location was great three stops on the subway to Disney and also three stops to Tokyo Station. The amenities were fantastic, and the Onsen was so nice to have on site and free. This hotel is also very clean and modern. And what a bonus to have a Family Mart connected to the hotel with a 7-11 just down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and we will not stay anywhere else. It is spacious and clean. The Family Mart at the lobby level is so convenient and so is the train station across the street.
