This was an incredibly wonderful welcome to Japan. I could not express enough how this is the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were professional, courteous, attentive (without being intrusive) and just perfect. This applies to every single member of the staff from the attendants outside guiding traffic in to check out and everyone in between. The hotel cleanliness and quality as well as the food were just as perfect. I am very picky on cleanliness and this was definitely a 10/10. Next time I am in Tokyo, this will be where I stay again.
