We absolutely loved this apartment!! Out of the five apartments/hotels we stayed in while in Japan, this was by far the best! It has two separate bedrooms, both with single beds and doors that close them off from the living areas. Each with air conditioners in them. There was another platform/space if we had additional people that was open to the living area. There was also a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer too. It was really close to the train station and there were a number of Lawsons/Family Marts/7-11’s nearby. Plus a supermarket with amazing food and such cheap dinner options when you just want to chill at home. Staff were super friendly and so nice. Always checking in to see what we’d done for the day and how it went. Unlike other people, we didn’t want to stay somewhere that was right in the heart of Tokyo as we wanted to stay somewhere quiet and this property delivered that. We will definitely come back to this property when we return to Tokyo.

The room was spacious and clean for two kids and two adults. There are many dining options walkable distance from the hotel. The prices in the restaurants are reasonable as it is in the residential area. It is a few minutes walk from Morishita train station, and also from the Life grocery store where you can buy cooked and uncooked food and prepare and enjoy in the hotel. The hotel room has utensils, cookware, stove, and laundry machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a great variety of restaurants to choose from within walking distance, the rooms were clean with small but adequate kitchen, the staff were helpful very friendly and looked after all our needs. will defiantly recommend to friends and would stay here again

We booked the 3-bedroom for our 6-night stay in Tokyo and we had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was in clean and perfect condition, the amenities are great, the staff are responsive and communicative. They provided your essentials and had a cleaning service every 2 days, or if your stay was longer they could also change the sheets for you. The location is good, convenience stores and food places nearby, and the subway station is close. We only had one issue which is that on the day we requested cleaning, we came back to our hotel room late and the door had been left open and unlocked. I wasn’t sure if that was on purpose, but everything was fine, we did not take issue with it and did not report it (it was late at night and we just wanted to rest). The area and the hotel are safe. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were extraordinarily kind and welcoming. The location is quiet and residential. Restaurants and konbinis nearby. Subway is a short walk. Though the location is not in one of the popular tourist areas of Tokyo, the extra space in the room makes up for it. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. The fridge and freezer allows you to keep food on hand for longer stays. Overall, an excellent choice for a family or larger group when visiting Tokyo.

We loved East Square. The friendliest staff we’ve ever met (thank you to Yu and Hitomi!). We were 4 people and loved that we had our own private bedrooms with a living area as well. Very clean, super close to the metro station and lots of convenience stores, groceries, restaurants nearby if you need. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee in the lobby too :) Highly recommend!

Location was in quiet residential area, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku and Eoda lines, Similarly close to Lawsons, 7 Eleven and Family Mart; and restaurants and bakery. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Super clean and cozy. Sufficient space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Only suggestion would be to add a shoe shelf in the entry way as it can get crowded with shoes, which blocks toilet entrance.

We absolutely loved East Square from the first second we were greeted by the most friendly and professional team. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and offered a variety of nice little extras (like pyjamas). We really enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome little hotel in the outskirts of central Tokyo. Can't fault anything about the hotel, clean, quiet and very friendly staff, particularly Yu who always greeted us with his happy and friendly energy! One issue we had was that the washing machine was broken in the room, but the hotel were quick to take action and provided us with free laundry service as a replacement! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a quieter area of Tokyo, whilst remaining a stone's throw away from convenience stores, public transport and metro stations.
