Very small room with uncomfortable bed and pillows. Not enough space to store 2 bags, empty them and move around. Great location 2 min from subway and some restaurants nearby. Short work to shinjuku. Travellers always go to area surrounding Tokyo for few days side trip, when hotel cannot store luggage for a few days, it create burden to customer. Especially this hotel is pretty far away from JR station which most of the side trips transport start at.

Great hotel in Nishi Shinjuku

I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and it is always clean with great service. I will stay again next time I’m in town. The new electronic check in process makes it easy for foreigners. The hotel is located in a very convenient place.
