We liked the room, it was small but enough to store our luggage. Room was clean, bathtub is high to climb in ( for elderly it is difficult) The shopping area, restaurants and convenience stores were in the building….. really convenient. Laundry room and iron for hotel guests available. Pick up location for bus tour was close by. Really liked the area. Close to train and bus terminal!

Our room was small, the bathroom was like on some cruise ships. One of the staff in Information desk was not helpful at all, I wonder why she works there and she wasn’t Japanese. A Japanese girl would never answer me back like she did.

The rooms are small even by Japanese standards but they are exceptionally clean and the staff are very helpful. It's in a quiet area that is in a comfortable walking distance from Shinjuku Station.

I liked the hotel, we had a twin bed room. It's in a good location to walk to the nearby sites. Under 10 minutes to the Shinjuku subway station. Didn't really have any interaction with staff after check in as it is on the third floor and you leave the hotel on the 1st floor.
