We liked the room, it was small but enough to store our luggage. Room was clean, bathtub is high to climb in ( for elderly it is difficult) The shopping area, restaurants and convenience stores were in the building….. really convenient. Laundry room and iron for hotel guests available. Pick up location for bus tour was close by. Really liked the area. Close to train and bus terminal!

The area was really nice. It was easy to find the rail ways and subways from the hotel. The breakfast was just ok. It was nothing special even when we had two places to go to eat in the morning.

Great location

The hotel is in a really great location 10 minutes walk from the shinjuku train station. The breakfast was really good and made fresh on the spot. The room was ok and the service was great.

Excellent location, functional but very compact rooms, which are ok for a short stay. Recommend choosing the largest room available. Staff were very helpful and polite. Excellent quality breakfast. The only downside is that there is no safe in the room although there is a safety deposit box at reception. Excellent hotel for a short, sightseeing few days of Tokyo
