Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. The check-in process was chaotic and poorly managed, with long waits and little organisation, which made for a stressful start to our stay.
The room itself was very small and felt cramped, with limited space to move around or store luggage comfortably. While we understand that rooms in Tokyo can be compact, this felt particularly tight.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The buffet area was too small for the number of guests, often crowded, and the selection was quite limited. For the price and size of the hotel, we expected more variety and better management of the breakfast service.
The location was reasonable — not far from Shinjuku Station and the Godzilla Head — but it was still about a 30-minute walk to many restaurants, which was less convenient than anticipated.
Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and we were hoping for a more comfortable and better-organised experience.
