We liked the room, it was small but enough to store our luggage. Room was clean, bathtub is high to climb in ( for elderly it is difficult) The shopping area, restaurants and convenience stores were in the building….. really convenient. Laundry room and iron for hotel guests available. Pick up location for bus tour was close by. Really liked the area. Close to train and bus terminal!

It was smaller than expected but it was great! I loved it! Away from the hussle and bussle of the station.

I liked the hotel, we had a twin bed room. It's in a good location to walk to the nearby sites. Under 10 minutes to the Shinjuku subway station. Didn't really have any interaction with staff after check in as it is on the third floor and you leave the hotel on the 1st floor.

Excellent hotel. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Close to public transport and the airport limo brings you to the front door. Safe area. Walkable. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wonderful view. Highly recommend!
