When it’s winter, people don’t know that the ac will not blow cold air. What I’ve learn by accident is to no turn the air on in your room since it only blows warm to hot air.

This was my first stay at a APA hotel. I had seen some negative reviews about size of room, noise, etc so i came with some concern that it wouldn't be a good stay. However. In my almost two week stay, i really enjoyed the hotel and its services and features. Yes, the rooms are smaller than what people might expect, but they are very funtional for what you might need and clean. While the hotel is adjacent to a busy entertainment district and square, i felt the noise levels were acceptable ( i was on the 10th floor) and most events seemed to end before 11pm, so it was mostly quiet the majority of the night. The breakfast was excellent, as there are a variety of both Asian and Western choices as well as many juice, coffee, and tea choices. I would pick this hotel as a top choice for the price range it exist in, as it is very convenient to the area's attractions and services and meets the average traveler's needs.

The rooms are clean. They will change towels and yukata daily, just hang it outside your room. The first two times I stayed at this location I was on an upper floor and didn’t heard much noise but this stay I was on the 16th floor and there were multiple sirens every night. This location is right by a police station and hospital. The onsen is nice, clean, and if you go at the right time not too crowded. My only issue here is only being issued one bath towel and you also have to use that towel for the onsen. They also have luggage shipping to both Haneda and Narita that can be dropped off the night before departure. If you have big luggage I would suggest taking advantage of this service. I am not sure if A/C is still available during the winter months as I believe the whole hotel is either on heating or cooling from what I read in the room.
