Whilst the hotel amenities are a bit dated due to its heritage, the size of the room was spacious and was clean and comfortable especially for a Tokyo hotel. The staff were very helpful and gracious, assisted in helping with our deliveries and transport. Our room faced the train lines so we could hear the trains a bit, so if you are sensitive to noise then would suggest requesting for a room facing opposite side.

We enjoyed our stay and the property is excellent. We just had difficulty Navigating the property on foot as location hidden and no signs from Subway on Which Exit to hotel. Also, can easily get lost from just walking around the area.

I really liked the hotel, it's very well located with a wonderful view and the room was always clean. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist's response. When I asked for more water, she refused and wanted to charge me, but I said that we are in Japan and I could drink the tap water.
