Our second stay in this property, both times we totally enjoyed our stay here. The bunk bed for our kid was a fun experience while the room was big enough. There is easy access to the subway and bus stops too. Easy and nice walk to Tokyo Station too. The only thing perhaps that could have been better would be more shops around the area, which is mostly filled with office buildings.

I love the fact that there was a washing machine in the room which, was a big help for us; add to that, a kitchenette; a twin and queen-sized bed put together; a couch; a kitchen table. Yes, the space was big enough for us to open up our suitcase and carry-on. You’re also close to the Shin-Nihombashi and Mitsukommae train stations which has the Ginza Line running through them. Aside from the Lawson’s convenient store, you’ve also got two grocery stores that you can walk to. As for the customer service? The people at the front desk are excellent and very accommodating to your requests during your stay.

First time going to Tokyo and the staff was wonderful. They were very helpful in showing us dining options and how to get around using the train system. The area where it’s located is very clean. The room was clean and big considering Japan has small rooms. Washer and dryer was a plus. I would definitely stay there again.
