The staff was very helpful and courteous. I didnt have any issues checking in or out. The availability of vending machines, and proximity to convenience stores made dealing with random snacking easy. Amenities were nice. My only issue was that the beds were very firm, but I think thats just me coming from an extremely soft foam bed.

Do not recommend for long stays.

They need more English speaking staff. It was difficikt to communicate upon check in. The room was very dated a d the tile floor had sunken in and swieaked as sooo as you stepped into the bathroom. I chose this hotel as I only needed 1 night and it was affordable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than a 1 night stay. The rooms are tiny. I could not open my suitcase. I had to put it on the bed to fully open. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of great food options so complements to the chefs working there! Not many good food options outside the hotel so you would need to go out to nearby suburbs by taking the train which is near the hotel. A good option to stay at if you want to avoid the populated and noisy areas like Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Ginza, etc.

- Old and outdated - Few power outlets and no USB ports - No heating - Shower head great for two power modes - Location somewhat better than Villa Fontaine but still remote from Central Tokyo - No bottled water - Low water kettle capacity 0.6 L - So called free drinks for members lame, close so early at 8pm. Made extra effort to sign up but can’t really use. Should just provide tea bags along with amenities. - No card key touch for elevator - No in room safe
