Tokyo tower view is a scam

Don’t pay for a view of the Tokyo tower. Rip off. None of the rooms here have a view out of the main window in room of Tokyo tower. You can only see the Tokyo tower from the bathroom after you walk through the shower where the bath tub is. Big scam charging for an upgrade for that view. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Great location.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms may be on the small side if you are American, but they are beautifully appointed and cleverly laid out. Bathroom is delightfully modern and compact. Best of all, the views from the picture windows in the guest rooms is spectacular. I have stayed here twice now, on both sides of the building, and the views are breathtaking. There is an excellent and yummy breakfast buffet that will satisfy everyone internationally. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable for the excellent location (Ginza) and service.

Good location near train station, it is not in the core of Ginza but very walkable. The hotel looks tired, carpets need a replacement. The room is small but the view is nice. The hotel lobby it at the 16th floor. No room service, no friendly check in, no Expedia benefits. Was the first time a hotel wanted to charge a fee for early check in for arriving 2 hs before 3pm.

Great spot to stay in when traveling to Ginza. About a 15/20 min walk to all the shopping and the trains were all close by/ easily accessible. Clean and friendly service. Would recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent area surrounded by lots of shopping, restaurants and walkable to sight seeing locations. The area is extremely pleasant and the hotel is excellent in all ways except the rooms are very compact and so hard to keep luggage. The other downside was that their restaurant on site didn't offer any vegetarian options, which made it a bit difficult and had to look for restaurants nearby.
