Check in staff was great, room was nice, everything for the 4 nights was great until check out! I was waiting and waiting patiently to be assisted with my check out however the one female staff by passed me and assisted a local male who just showed up. Her failure to be attentive lost 2 stars.

Hotel very clean, staff brilliant and location is on the edge of Ginza about 10min walk from the metro station so very handy. The only downside was the size of the room, 20sqm includes the bathroom and shower so the actual room was really meant for 1 person (double room for two adults booked). There was the small double bed, with enough space on one side only to get in and out of it. A small seat and table. Great hotel but book a bigger room!
