The cleanliness of the room was to say the least, average. The washer and dryer combo was very useful to have. Asakusa and it's key destinations were walkable, with great dining options nearby, and multiple supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Overall, the room did feel a little cramped but compared to other hotels nearby, it did have more room to fit a tatami mat, kitchen, and dining table. A little fiddling around and moving of furniture made the space more functional when occupying a room with three medium to large sized luggage bags. At the end of the day, you need to make it work, and we definitely did. As said earlier, the cleanliness of the room required greater attention. The questionable marks along both sides of the toilet walls in room 604, was not pleasant. Overall, a small but functional room for a family of three with great distance to key locations.

Overall stay was generally okay, with good facilities but maintenance needs improvement. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, which is great for families. It comes with many useful facilities such as air conditioning with heater, air purifier, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and most importantly a washing machine. The space is large enough for family meals and sitting together comfortably, which we really appreciated. However, there are several areas that need improvement, mainly related to maintenance and cleanliness of appliances. The air conditioner had very low airflow and visible dust around the cover, which made it feel like it had not been cleaned or maintained for a long time. The air vents in the room were also dusty and did not look well maintained. The water purifier was covered in dust, and the washing machine showed an error code indicating the drying filter was clogged, which suggests it was not properly serviced before our stay. Overall, the room has good potential and facilities, but better maintenance and regular cleaning of electrical appliances would greatly improve the experience. With proper upkeep, this could be a very comfortable place to stay.

No front desk receptionist, you check in and out using a QR code. Room that we got was big enough for 4 adults. 1 king size bed (2 twin). There was 3 twin size beddings for the tatami floor in the closet. Although, we find it too thin, so we had to find a way to make it more comfortable, used the extra comforter/duvet on top of it. Our only complain is that, the pillows are way too small and too thin! There was a total of 5 in the room. There was a good size fridge and freezer, a microwave, a mini oven, a stove , a rice cooker, plates, cups, spoon, forks, chopsticks, knives etc. AC and heater works great. Love the washer/dryer. Elevator is fast enough. Our room was in the 12th floor with the nice view of the Sky Tree Tower. There’s a bus stop close by but sometimes the wait is long, location of the hotel is not bad but we end up walking a lot to and from the bus/train station. Lots of Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson close by. They also have a luggage storage but not that big. First come first serve. If you need airport transfer, Limousine Bus has a stop a few minutes from this hotel.

Very happy with the in room washer/dryer, provided alot of convenience for us. But it was said that they will clean the room for us on 3rd day but nothing was done, not sure if this is upon request. Other than its quite a far walk from Asakusa temple area itself, we are still very happy with the stay. Amenities in the room were perfect. We had a small dining table, microwave oven, drawers were well equiped wjth necessary kitchen needs.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable vacation here. The check-in/out was easy, the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, and our room was clean. The family suite provided basic kitchen supplies and appliances, including a washer-dryer. Three subway stations—Asakusa, Tawaramachi, and Iriya—are all within a 15–20 minute walk. 7-Eleven, local supermarkets, and the Senso-ji temple area are also within walking distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the room is spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing — there were hair and stains all over the room. I also asked a question one month before check-in and never received any response. The location is about a 15-minute walk to the shopping area or the subway. I’ve stayed at the Minn-Gion location before, and this property is definitely not at the same standard.

Room was spacious for japanese standards, very convenient to have in-suite washing machines and centrally located to trains and main asakusa area. Cons: could be cleaner..especially in the shower/bathroom area..there was mould/pink build up and drains got clogged. Also gets super loud if you are on the bottom floors because you can hear upstairs dining room chairs getting pushed, children crying, etc. Its more of a family hotel.

We check in 2:53 pm they said we have to call back till 3 pm. We call back at 3 pm and they took a while for them to answer the phone Stove not working, did email got reply next day saying someone will come but never show up till the day we check out.
